End of the feature to add videos to notes

To ensure the stability of the service and provide users with a better experience, notes in LINE will no longer support uploading new videos or editing existing videos.

The feature has already been discontinued in regions including Japan and Thailand, and support for new video uploads to notes will also end in Taiwan as of April 27, 2026.

Note: You can continue to upload videos in OpenChats.
