  • Clear the LINE app's cache.
  • Delete any unnecessary apps and data, and clear the cache on your device and SD card.
    Note: The LINE app may not operate properly if you don't have sufficient free space on your device.
    Make sure you have at least 2 GB of free space on your device.

  • Turn your 4G/5G/Wi-Fi off and on again.
